The Best Treatment for KP (aka Keratosis Pilaris)
The Best Treatment for KP TikTok
Okay, if you have KP, Keratosis, Polaris, Polaris, whatever you call it.
The rough kind of like bumps on the back of your arms, maybe, or back of your legs.
I have both, but majority on my arms.
The name of the game to treat it.
There is no cure is exfoliate and moisturize.
So I have tried all kinds of different gloves or mitts or towels that I have ordered online.
And while they do exfoliate, for me, it was just not enough off.
So I did recently try the little glove from Wild Pier.
It does exfoliate, but it just takes a lot of work to get as deep of an exfoliation that I was looking for.
So I did also recently try the KP Bump Eraser Scrub from First Aid Beauty.
But again, it's a lot of work. So what I did is I actually combined the two.
So I will, in the shower, put a little bit of the KP Bump Eraser on the mitt, and it's literally like effortless.
It's also really good at if you are trying to remove self tan and maybe start with like a fresh layer.
So definitely try this if you do have KP.
Also remember to moisturize any body lotion, Juergens, CeraVe, even like the Gold Bond rough and bumpy little tub.
I did yesterday, see this little glove here from Ulta, and it's got the same kind of design where it has the elastic over the wrist.
It feels the same as the Wild Pier one, so I'm sure it's going to perform the same, but it's kind of cute.
So either one, I feel like will probably work, but yeah, definitely do a combo of the two.
